As a mentor, I am interested in exchanging ideas and information to better serve any entrepreneurial or established business.

For 30 years, I successively worked as auditor, compliance officer, CFO, HR consultant and HRD.

As a mentor, I am happy to share my experience and knowledge, exchange ideas and information, and support any entrepreneurial activity to create a sustainable future.

After completing my studies in Business Management, I stumbled into the field of HR by chance, and it turned out to be a real passion!

After a master's degree in law at the Catholic University of Louvain, I founded Agriland SA, the first manager of rural property in Belgium. I arrived in Luxembourg in 1988.
