After completing my studies in Business Management, I stumbled into the field of HR by chance, and it turned out to be a real passion! Indeed, in my opinion, there’s nothing more complex than the human being and what flows from it: communication and teamwork. I now have 25 years’ experience in this field: recruitment, training, assessment, career management, conflict management.
I’ve always worked in the IT sector.
For the past four years, I’ve been Managing Director of my entity, working on the company’s strategic objectives and global management with a strong customer focus.
I’m particularly interested in career coaching, corporate well-being and leadership.
For me, mentoring is a great way to enrich each other’s lives. It’s an exchange, and a great opportunity to meet new people!
