Claude FABER

General management, day-to-day management and crisis management, in global and small companies, based on my experiences and personal expertise, this is what I share with enthusiasm. I chair a Group in Construction, as well as the BML asbl.

Partner at Optimize sa since 2001, I introduced Executive Transition Management in Luxembourg. As Interim Manager or Consultant, I have assumed CEO responsibilities in the areas of hospital management, university management, cooperative associations, hotel management, commerce and crafts.

Before Optimize, I successfully led turnarounds and major change projects (1993 – 2001), mainly as CEO, MD or VP Business Unit, leading industrial and commercial companies with up to 1200 employees and 200 M € turnover, in France, Germany, Luxembourg and the UNITED KINGDOM.

Previously, I started and managed Egon Zehnder International in Luxembourg, having held management positions at Siemens in Munich and Arbed, now Arcelormittal.

I am also president or member of the board of directors of several companies.

I joined Business Mentoring Luxembourg when it was created in 2009, and has chaired its Steering Committee, now the Board of Directors, since 2017.

I have an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
