Most of my professional experiences have been related to the creation of new activities, with what can be called entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship depending on the case.
From opening a new market in England & Ireland at the beginning of my career, to taking over or launching branches of international consulting companies here in Luxembourg.
The common thread in all of this has always been the alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution, with a strong focus on finding and building teams around common goals.
It is on these axes that I wish to help and accompany entrepreneurs from different sectors and backgrounds; and to share my experience on the one hand, and to allow them to take a step back on the other hand.
