Restaurateur by training, I started my career as a cook behind the stoves of various establishments, particularly in the social sector.
After graduating in quality and food safety management, in 2009 I launched a training, consulting and auditing activity in food safety. This activity will later give birth to the SIGNA Group, of which I am the majority partner.
SIGNA currently employs 10 people and monitors over 600 food establishments in Luxembourg. The Signa Group is also active in the areas of Dietetics and the fight against food waste. In 2012, I myself was accompanied by a mentor and then joined this program again in 2019, but this time as a Mentor.
