After a 10-year humanitarian career with Médecins Sans Frontières, I am pursuing a professional career in various Human Resources professions. First in a recruitment firm in Paris and collective and individual outplacement, it is within a large industrial group with a specialization in Leadership Development that I develop my interest in the development of managerial qualities and the organization of companies. I have lived in Luxembourg for 15 years.
I am particularly interested in professional mobility, education, career guidance, career management and assessment.
As a self-employed person for 4 years, I have carried out several coaching, mentoring and academic support activities with refugees.
I regularly run training courses to prepare for recruitment interviews both for young people looking for their first job and for people retraining.
