I have held management positions with the Goodyear Company for 30 years.
I led the rapid growth of the company and established sustainable leadership in Emerging Markets (EEMEA), before taking over the management of the company’s respective European business units.
There, I spurred growth by transforming the business model from traditional product sales into customer-based solutions.
I now direct my activities towards supporting Entrepreneurs and Companies in the development and implementation of winning growth strategies, through advice or mentoring.
With more than 15 years in International Councils, I currently occupy several positions of Independent Director, among which Chairman of the Board of SGI (Société Générale d’Ing Ingénierie), Administrator of LBAN (Luxembourg Business Angel Network) and BML ( Business Mentoring Luxembourg).
I have a master’s degree as an aerospace engineer, followed by continuing education at Harvard and INSEAD. I am an INSEAD / ILA Certified Administrator.
