My approach consists in supporting my clients towards a greater self-awareness, greater autonomy and personal efficiency.

I support them in their professional development and in their orientation towards realistic and achievable solutions.

My mentoring approach is holistic considering the human being as a “whole” comprising the conscious, even unconscious, processes which can influence him in the achievement of his objectives.

For me, the foundations of a successful mentoring are, mainly, absolute and reciprocal trust as well as the client’s stated desire to engage in a dynamic of change.

In a mentoring, always in agreement with the mentee, I take on different roles such as those of consultant, coach, trainer, facilitator, “challenger” or mirror.
