With a degree in chemical engineering specializing in the environment and agri-food, I’ve never actually worked in my field of study…40 years too early you might say.
I would sum up my areas of expertise in 3 thirds: information systems management in its architectural and software dimensions, organizational strategy and business operationalization consulting, human resources management in its strategic, transformational and administrative dimensions.
With over 36 years’ experience in Luxembourg, I have held key positions in major consulting firms, a prestigious law firm and service companies. My role has been more to develop the business and the workforce than to manage production on a day-to-day basis.
Working in the service, banking and insurance sectors, I like to shape transformations by putting people at the heart of success. I want to pass on to managers my holistic vision of business development.
