After a rich and varied career, I chose to become a mentor to share my experience and give back to the professional community what I was lucky enough to learn – sometimes even through my mistakes.

I’ve always enjoyed supporting the development of others, helping them to take a step back and clarify their objectives.

My approach is based on listening, reflection, experience sharing and mutual trust. My role as a mentor is to provide a caring, structured framework that helps the mentee become aware of his or her strengths, gain self-confidence and develop autonomy.

I value diversity of backgrounds and points of view, as well as leadership based on ethics and respect. I enjoy accompanying people in an open and secure environment, where they can reflect, question themselves and find their own way.

For me, mentoring is above all a way of transforming experience into transmission, in the service of the growth of others.
