Speed Mentoring

Speed Mentoring

September 26th, 2024

Maison Moderne

Paperjam Club has teamed up with Business Mentoring Luxembourg to offer 30-45 minute “speed mentoring” sessions twice a year. Discover individualized advice from seasoned entrepreneurs, especially for SME managers.

The next edition will be held on 26/09/2024 from 09:00 to 17:00.

Thanks to the “speed mentoring” offered by the Paperjam Club, you can get to know one of the Business Mentoring Luxembourg mentors. From this first meeting, if the desire is shared, a complete 18-month mentoring program can be set up, with monthly meetings between mentee and mentor.

Thanks to personalized advice and shared experience, you’ll strengthen your leadership skills and develop a solid professional network. Mentoring can also provide you with valuable external perspectives and help you overcome the specific challenges of running a business.

Mentoring has many objectives:

Facilitate the start-up of projects and/or companies and secure their growth

Break the frequent isolation of project leaders and future company directors,

Enhance managerial skills and decision-making processes,

Provide an outside perspective on strategy and the means of deploying it.

Business Mentoring Luxembourg works in partnership with 32 mentors, including Carole Miltgen, Claude Faber, Gabriel Boisante, Marc Lemmer and Marie-Françoise Terlier…. The complete list is published on the BML website. Throughout their careers, they have all demonstrated their ability to meet the challenges of corporate life, in a wide variety of fields, in Luxembourg and beyond.
