Anchored in the development of organizations and their players, my career path has been built up through responsibilities in human resources and corporate communications within international groups such as Goodyear and ArcelorMittal.
It then led me to the Luxembourg Red Cross, where for over ten years I have been supporting the growth and structuring of the organization, with a strong focus on change management.
As CEO of a specialized hospital and member of several boards of directors, I put my experience to work on projects with a strong human impact.
A certified coach, I am also involved as a volunteer business mentor. I’m available to support managers in clarifying their vision, structuring their models and leading change.
For me, this commitment represents a way of contributing to a collective dynamic from which I myself have benefited.
