For ten years, I held senior financial positions within a multinational industrial company in Luxembourg and in various European countries. These roles led me to evolve in demanding multicultural environments, where rigor and adaptability were essential.
On the strength of this international experience, I’ve now been working in the Grand Duchy for almost ten years in a variety of sectors, mainly construction, fitting out and housing-related services.
In the course of my projects, I have developed in-depth knowledge of the world of the craft industry and its operational realities. Convinced that a company’s performance depends above all on the quality of its human organization, I adopt a resolutely people-centered approach.
My passion for team management has led me to place responsibility and the culture of quality at the heart of my structures.
