Olivier is Founder and Managing Director of Masselotte, a Luxembourg-based consultancy specializing in supporting organizations undergoing transformation. Trained as an engineer, he has built a career spanning more than 40 years, 36 of which have been spent in Luxembourg, holding senior positions with major consulting firms, a renowned law firm and service companies. <\/p>\n
His expertise covers organizational strategy, complex project management, digital transformation and human resources management.<\/p>\n
He has also contributed to international institutional projects, notably as a capacity development advisor to the Mongolian government.<\/p>\n
