With my banking background and business management studies, I have acquired expertise as a general manager in several functions in the financial sector that encompass all aspects of business management, development and administration.<\/p>\n

This includes strategic, structural and process optimization, as well as project management, personnel development, financial planning and controlling. Complemented by M&A, lending and fiduciary experience in transaction management, contract and loan drafting and negotiation, and valuation skills.<\/p>\n

As a volunteer, I am currently involved in social and climate support projects, Managers without Borders and in the regenerative future of agriculture.
