BECOME A MENTOR

Profile and selection

Any mentor :

  • can provide evidence of at least 10 to 15 years’ experience in business management, as a company owner-manager or experienced executive,
  • is sufficiently available to meet regularly with their mentee (minimum commitment of 4 hours per month),
  • is ready to share their know-how and experience on a voluntary basis,
  • will act in accordance with the rules of ethics contained in the mentor/mentee agreement and in the mentor’s charter,
  • shows respect for the values in effect at the programme: absence of conflict of interest, absence of financial interest, transparency and confidentiality.

The selection of a candidate-mentor is carried out in part by the coordinating team and also by a selection committee composed of mentors.
