As part of its development strategy, the Board of Directors decided on April 11, 2023 at an Extraordinary General Meeting* to co-opt a recognized entrepreneur from the Luxembourg ecosystem. It is in this context that we welcome the appointment of Mike Koedinger as anindependent director. His experience and expertise will be invaluable in increasing the influence and awareness of our association.
An entrepreneur for over twenty-five years, Mike Koedinger is the founder and CEO of Maison Moderne, Luxembourg’s first independent media company. Its rich expertise includes creating leading media brands, exciting experiences for readers, and return on investment for brands and advertisers. Since the end of the 1980s, he has developed numerous media and entertainment titles: in 2000, Mike Koedinger launched “Paperjam – Business zu Lëtzebuerg”, in 2008 Paperjam Club (today: Paperjam + Delano Business Club) and in 2011 “Delano – Luxembourg in English”. With Maison Moderne’s Brand Studio, he works on strategic content marketing for commercial and institutional clients.
This marks a new step in the strategy put in place by the steering committee over the past two years. We are very pleased and welcome him.
