Vade-mecum BusinessMentoring
The mentoring relationship is governed by reciprocal commitments and an evaluation process and a support structure is offered to company directors throughout the programme.

In it you will find:
- the terms and conditions constituting the programme -Chapter VII-
- the charter governing the mentoring relationship -Chapter VIII-
- the mentor-mentee agreement -Chapter IX-
Business plan and financial plan templates
To be eligible, each company director-mentee applying for the programme must be able to present a viable business plan.
The business plan must be accompanied by a financial plan (other FP templatehere).
Monthly report and roadmap template
After each meeting, the mentee will draft a monthly report, together with his mentor.
The goal is to motivate the mentee to:
- structure ideas
- progress with the stages of developing the mentoring relationship
- monitor the two-way relationship.
