BusinessMentoring Handbook:

Key facts about the programme (in english language): guidelines here!

Vade-mecum BusinessMentoring

The mentoring relationship is governed by reciprocal commitments and an evaluation process and a support structure is offered to company directors throughout the programme.

For more details, please consult the BusinessMentoring handbookconsulter le vade-mecum BusinessMentoring.

In it you will find:

  • the terms and conditions constituting the programme -Chapter VII-
  • the charter governing the mentoring relationship -Chapter VIII-
  • the mentor-mentee agreement -Chapter IX-

Business plan and financial plan templates

To be eligible, each company director-mentee applying for the programme must be able to present a viable business plan.

The business plan must be accompanied by a financial plan (other FP templatehere).

Monthly report and roadmap template

After each meeting, the mentee will draft a monthly report, together with his mentor.

The goal is to motivate the mentee to:

  • structure ideas
  • progress with the stages of developing the mentoring relationship
  • monitor the two-way relationship.

To download a monthly report template, please click
here.

The mentee will also complete a road map and upload their monthly report on their private area: roadmap template and deadlines for uploading reports are here.
